Linda: I am currently a Supervisory Contracting Professional with the Department of Defense. My role as a Contracting Officer is to liason between Government and Defense Contract Personnel to facilitate efficient and effective contract negotiations. As a supervisor I am responsible for 6 employees, their experience ranging from 3 weeks to 25 years. My employees are located throughout the state of Texas making effective communication challenging but all of the Communication courses have given me the solid foundation in which to keep my team operating in a cohesive team environment.

Vital in Todays Business Environment

This is my first attempt at creating and using a blog. Any recommendations or suggestions to make my blog better would be appreciated.

Hopefully as I learn more about this my blog will start to look better.
